Gao Yan, female, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing Municipality. She was born in 1958, entered the work force in 1977, graduated from People’s University of China in 1982. From 2006 to 2013, she was Vice Director of Liaison Office of Central Government of MSAR. Since 2013, she is Vice-Minister, Ministry of Commerce.
